The second major winner was Rose Simmons, a 67-year-old Winter Haven resident, who won $2 million from a 100X The Cash scratch-off ticket purchased at a 7-Eleven location in Winter Haven. Simmons claimed her prize on April 20, accepting a one-time lump-sum payment of $1,111,700. The 100X The Cash game is a $10 ticket series that featured 10 top prizes of $2 million at launch; one such prize remained unclaimed at the time of reporting.

The third seven-figure winner was Tatyana Ashe, a 27-year-old Apopka resident, who won $1 million from an America 250 Florida scratch-off game. The winning ticket was purchased from a Wawa location in Orlando, and Ashe claimed her prize on April 1, accepting a lump-sum payment of $606,600. The America 250 Florida game is a $5 ticket celebrating the state's unique history, launched with four $1 million top prizes, three of which remained unclaimed.
