Message sent
Thanks - it's in our queue. We don't auto-reply, but if your message needs a response we'll be in touch at the email you provided.
A note on who we are (and aren't)
- We're an independent reviews and rankings site, not a casino operator. We don't take deposits, process withdrawals, hold balances, or have visibility into any casino account.
- Genuine emails from us only ever come from
mail.casinoadvisor.com. We will never ask for your casino-account password, KYC documents, or payment details by email.
Common questions
Why is my country's data limited or missing?
Some markets have intentionally limited coverage where local advertising rules restrict what we can surface. A handful of markets aren't crawled yet. If a specific casino is missing from your country listing, send us a correction with the casino slug and country and we'll investigate.
How do I report an incorrect bonus, rating, or piece of data?
Use the form above with "Data correction" selected. Include the casino slug (e.g. example-casino), the specific field that's wrong (rating, bonus amount, country availability, etc.), and your source if you have one. Corrections go through a verification step before they're applied.
Do you sell or share user data with the casinos you review?
No. We are an editorial site, not a data broker. The full retention and disclosure policy is on our privacy page, but the short version is: no sale, no sharing with operators, no marketing-data syndication.
Why is there no phone number or postal address?
We're a small team and a form is more efficient than phone tag, while a public postal address attracts marketing mail rather than helpful correspondence. Legitimate legal correspondence goes through the form with "Privacy or data request" or "Press or media" selected and we provide the appropriate channel from there.
