Pros: Great new look and feel and one of best Vegas Tech slots
Cons: No definitive paylines all pays instead of regular line wins
If there's one thing that's been missing for way too long from the selection of online casino games that are available for play at Vegas Technology powered online casinos it's online slots games with vibrant and compelling graphics, games with great audio and sound fx and games that you can play for lengthy periods of time. I've always found that in general with their games that the graphics are really lousy but this new game Grail Maiden is a refreshing change for the software provider and a game that hopefully is going to set a new trend for the kinds of games that they publish moving forward which I think will help differentiate them for the other companies they're trying to line themselves up with who are really going after the US market aggressively.
Although the Grail Maiden video slot game does not offer any paylines they do what's called "all pays". The difference between this and a game that offers paylines is that they offer essentially 243 different paylines that can be played in the game which are won via scatter combination's. It's definitely a different concept and spin on online casino slots type games but I do think that there are a few other software providers like Microgaming who offer a similar type feature within their slots games. I think that some players will love this and some players will hate it. I for one wasn't overly fond of the concept at first but after a while thought it to be rather interesting and unique as a concept and feature. I do think that there is a future for games like this as well some some more interested bonus rounds and feature wins that can be had.
Overall the game offers a very nice look and feel to it and something else that Vegas Technology has done that I'm quite happy with is that they themed the look and feel of the user interface to this game rather to the casino which is their standard pattern when releasing a video slot game.

This is a fun game, but the programming of the bonus round is totally screwed up. Credits are awarded when the named reels aren't even showing; credits are not awarded for winning reels that are showing. The actual game is great; but the bonus rounds are a farce.
