The graphics quality of Caribbean Gold Casino is generally pretty good if not particularly breathtaking with relaxing color schemes and fairly well-rendered scenes of approximations of real casino settings. The performance of the software however could use some improvement. The games tended to hang several times in the course of a playing session, and sometimes the only option was to close the browser entirely. This was bad enough to have to deal with, but closing down the window also caused the windows taskbar to disappear! Only by going back to the Caribbean Gold Casino web site and logging out was the taskbar able to be restored. Customer support was also unable to give a satisfactory solution to this problem.
The sound quality of the games is more than adequate and provides a bit of realism to the proceedings. Sometimes this realism was a bit too much however, since upon logging on to the web site, you are immediately assaulted by the noise of a casino crowd.
