Electronic Roulette is one of the variants of roulette offered by the software provider Top Game at its online casinos. The game has the minimal features usually found in online roulette games. But it is set in a unique environment, which makes the game interesting.
As the name Electronic Roulette suggests, the game is set out in a futuristic environment. The roulette layout appears on an electronic screen and not on a casino table. A number of such screens are arranged around a central roulette wheel, though only one of them is active. The wheel is enclosed in a glass casing. The wheel and the screens are set on a steel structure.
The game begins as usual by selecting the chip size. In Top Game Electronic Roulette there are no chips of different denominations on display. To the right of the layout screen are a number of buttons that are marked with the bet sizes. Clicking on a button selects the required bet denomination. The layout is identical to the normal roulette layout. Top Game Electronic Roulette is a European roulette variant with only a single zero in the wheel. The bets are placed by clicking on the required spaces on the layout. The minimum bet required is $1 and the maximum is limited to $100. The maximum limit applies to the sum total of all bets placed. The total bet placed is displayed in a tool bar in the electronic screen above the roulette layout.
Once the bet is placed the player activates the wheel by clicking the Spin button. The dealer announces "No more bets please". When the wheel comes to rest the dealer announces the number along with whether it is red or black and odd or even. If any of the bets have paid off the dealer also announces "Player wins". The last number called and the amount won are also displayed in the toolbar. Finally the dealer announces "Place your bets please".
After the spin of the wheel the layout is automatically cleared of the bets placed. If the player wants to repeat the spin with the same bets then he can click on the Rebet button. Otherwise he can place fresh bets on the layout. If the player wants to change the bets placed before spinning the wheel then he can use the Clear button. Top Game Electronic Roulette does not have the sophisticated features found in a few of the latest variants of roulette. One feature provided is the past history of numbers called. The last 15 numbers called are displayed in a panel to the left of the electronic screen. The other feature is a close up of the roulette wheel displaying the number called.
Electronic Roulette offers the standard Top Game table games customization options. Theses can be accessed using the Game Settings button. There are three options for the game speed, which in this case reflects the time taken for the roulette wheel to come to rest. The options are Slow, Normal and High. There are three options for dealer voice, which are male, female and no voice. The other sound effect, which in Top Game Electronic Roulette is the sound the ball makes against the spinning wheel, can be turned on or off. Electronic Roulette can be played at all Top Game online casinos. CasinoAdvisor recommends Rome Casino and Diceland Casino.
