Small Hits in Microgaming Progressives

Over the last 24 hours two of the popular Microgaming progressive jackpot online casino games have registered hits. The full progressive jackpots of these games were not hit, only the partial jackpots were hit. However, the hits were fairly large and the winners would beyond doubt be satisfied with the payouts. One of the hits was on the watershed Microgaming slot game Mega Moolah and the other was on Poker Ride, which is the Microgaming version of the casino poker game Let It Ride.

The first to hit was the Major jackpot of Mega Moolah. Mega Moolah has a four level progressive jackpot. The largest is the Mega jackpot which pays in millions of dollars. The Major jackpot is the second level jackpot, which resets at $10,000. The current hit was for $73,500, which was the largest hit in the last two months. The previous highest hit in the last two months occurred just three days ago when this jackpot was hit for $66,086. On an average the Mega Moolah Major jackpot hits every four days and pays out just over $34,000. In the last 365 days it has paid $2.7 million. In comparison the third level jackpot, Mega Moolah Minor, hits every two hours and pays out $400 on an average. In the last 365 days it has paid $1.7 million.

Once the bonus round is triggered in the Mega Moolah online slot game, one of the four progressive jackpots are bound to be hit. Each jackpot is represented by a stripe of a different color in the wheel. The color at which the wheel comes to rest indicates which of the jackpots is hit. There are a number of online slot games that have been networked with the Mega Moolah progressive jackpot. Some of these are Five Reel Drive, Summer Holiday and Isis.

The second Microgaming progressive jackpot to be hit was Poker Ride. Though the progressive jackpot stood at $123,592 at the time of the hit, the pay out was only $12,359. This is because the player must have drawn a straight flush which pays out 10% of the progressive jackpot amount. To win the full amount the player has to draw a royal flush. Poker Ride has hit about every 12 days. But it could be either the full jackpot or the partial one. Microgaming has several other non-slot online casino games with progressive jackpots. These are Cyberstud Poker, Triple Sevens, Roulette Royale, Jackpot Deuces, and Supajax. All these have only one complete progressive jackpot and do not pay partial amounts.

Yeah most certainly I agree... I haven't heard about many big wins in terms of progressive jackpots lately there was a time a few months back where you were hearing about them being won left right and centre so I agree with you this is still good news and great to hear!
