Sic Bo Strategy

Sic Bo is a lot like Craps. In fact many believe that Sic Bo was the precursor to Craps and that when Craps arrived in England they decided to change the bets a little as well as take away one of the dice. It is not substantiated that this is true, but still some of the similarities are puzzling. We are going to look at the low risk Sic Bo strategy in this article. There are other strategies, but this is the safest when you want to come away with some winnings and money that you walked into the casino with.

Sic Bo can be found online or in land casinos. Usually in a land casino it is found in a special area for Asian games. In the low risk strategy you are only placing three types of bets. The bets are where the strategy is going to be. The dice rolls are random and unpredictable, therefore a strategy based on predicting the rolls of the dice or even a pattern are not going to work.

The three bets are the small, big and combination bets. Let's take a look at what the small and big bets are first. The small bet states that you are going to get a total on three dice between 4 and 10. If the dice roll is five then you have won. However if it is 3 or 11 you will lose the bet. For the big bet you need to have a number between 11 and 17. Again if the roll is 10 or 18 you have lost this bet. The probability for either bet is the same and the highest at the table. Predicting the total is easier than specifying what the dice will yield such as the face numbers. There are bets that you can say okay one die will be a three. This limits the outcomes and has a very low probability that you will get the winning number you need. The house edges for these bets are 2.78 percent, which is still high, but better than your alternatives.

The combination bet is a little different than the small or big bet. The combination bet is when you are going to specific two numbers on the dice. This is like the single bet we were talking about, but the house edge is better. You will also find the pay table offers more for this bet. The combination bet will specify two dice. So you could bet that one die will be a 4 and a second die will yield a 6. If two out of the three dice rolled have these numbers you guessed would come up you win. It is a little bit of a risk compared to the other bets, but studies have shown 1 in every 7 bets will yield this combination for you. That means you can win 1 time out of 7 times when you bet on the combination bet. You can also place a big or small bet as a cover to this bet.
