The Number 1 symbol has a hole appearing through the center to indicate a hole in one. The Birdie sitting on the golf ball shakes its legs and swings a small golf club. However the best animation by far is in the Eagle symbol. It is an expanding wild and Eagle covers all three rows and putts a golf ball which rolls across the reels.
The coin sizes available in Hole in Won are 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25 and 0.50. Players can wager up to 5 coins per payline and the slot game has 15 paylines. The maximum total bet is 75 coins, which works out to 37.5 credits at maximum coin size.
The Eagle is an expanding wild simple. It appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. It substitutes for all symbols except the Birdie symbol. It does not offer any payouts nor does it act as a multiplier. Three or more Birdie symbols scattered anywhere on the reels trigger the Mini Golf bonus round. This round is a skill based round. Players are taken to a nine-hole golf course and every time this round is triggered they get to play one hole. After completing all nine holes the players returned to the first hole. The game is made more interesting because of the obstacles between the golfer and the hole. A free spins bonus round is missed.
Hole in One does not offer any progressive jackpot. The fixed jackpots are also quite low. The highest fixed jackpot pays only 750 coins, which at the highest bet offers only 1,875 credits. The second jackpot pays 500 coins.
