Microgaming is facing stiff competition from multi software powered online casinos. In order to ensure that its licensees do not lose out, Microgaming is continuously tying up with new software providers and bringing their games to its online casinos through its Quickfire platform. The latest in the series is game developer Foxium, which is integrating with the Quickfire platform via an exclusive deal.

Foxium is not that well known an online casino games developer. It was founded in 2015. But the quality is second to none. Its slot games are built around storytelling in order to give the end consumer a better game experience. Add to that, innovative game play, gamification, unique and modern game graphics. In due course players at Microgaming online casinos will instantly recognise a Foxium game. Some of its titles are The Odd Forest, The Lost Riches of Amazon, Fruitz, Lucky Bakery and Big Time Journey. These are not only rich in gaming features but also have exciting story lines.

The deal between Foxium and Microgaming was brokered by the RNG Foundry. The games portfolio of Foxium will launch exclusively on Quickfire and will be available to more than 250 online casinos, including dedicated Microgaming licensees like Royal Vegas, Jackpot City and Roxy Palace.

The first Foxium online slot to go live will be Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas. It is a branded game based on a license between Foxium and White Wolf Entertainment, which was established in 1991 as a developer of numerous roleplaying games about Vampires, Werewolves and other monsters set in the World of Darkness universe. It has a 5x3 reels structure with 20 fixed paylines. It will treat players with stunning visuals, voice actors and an expanding storyline. On the gaming front there are three different free spins rounds, as well as a pick me bonus. The new slot game will be released on Wednesday November 1, the day after Halloween.

Making this announcement, Andrew Clucas the Director of Quickfire at Microgaming, said, “We are delighted to have Foxium on board, delivering exclusive content to Quickfire at no additional cost to our operators, following the recent removal of a platform fee. We believe Foxium games will be a popular addition to the platform.” Åke André, CEO of Foxium, added that this deal will provide Foxium with the chance to produce better games and reach more operators. Rabcat has been the most high profile partner of Microgaming so far.
