Software (10)

The software offers a large number of customization options. The sound options, full screen enabling and avatars are handled from the Settings tab. The players can adjust game speeds and activate auto play directly from the game. Three game speeds are offered. The fastest one does away with animations all together. The auto play offers comprehensive features like activating conditions for stopping the auto play, which include win threshold, cumulative win, cumulative loss and tower collapse.

Easy to Understand (8)

Because the game is different in structure from the normal slot game it is not very easy to understand. It is easy to follow the procedure and play mechanically but figuring out what is happening can take some time.

Graphics & Sounds (9)

Jenga introduces a different type of perception of graphics than normal slot games. The animations are replaced by blocks changing colors or being blasted away. The changing background patterns are a novelty. The sound is adequate and does not have anything extra. The symbols, being the blocks of different colors, are one-dimensional.

Theme and Concept (10)

The sheer novelty of the theme is sufficient to give it a perfect score. The adaptation of the game to the slot format is also innovative and commendable. The focus on color is enhanced by providing a background that is constantly changing colors.

Game Features (9)

Jenga is rich in game features. There are several ways in which payouts are enhanced such as linked blocks, magic blocks and layer bombs. Magic blocks are more than wild symbols. They change the color of neighboring blocks. A free spins round has also been incorporated and the way of triggering it through the tower collapse is unique. The only thing missing is the equivalent of a bonus game on the second screen.

Betting Options (9)

The betting options are limited as compared to normal slot games. In normal slots players can enable any number of paylines up to the maximum. In Jenga there are only two options 9 paylines and 18 paylines. But because most slots players would play with maximum paylines enabled this is not a serious drawback. The minimum total bet is 0.45 and the maximum total bet is 360.00, which is good enough.

Jackpots (7)

There is no progressive jackpot and the maximum line payouts are small compared to fixed jackpots in normal slots. It is the linked blocks that enhance the payouts.
