247 support is key to a great online casino or other type of gambling operation to be clear on it. Really there's nothing worse then not being able to get a hold of someone when you're looking for information pertaining to something like a bonus that you've accepted but can't necessarily find the information on their site for, etc...

I don't think that I'd play at any online casinos that didn't offer this kind of support service where they were accessible to me all the time if I needed them for something. Just like in land based casinos, the operators of online casinos should make themselves available to us all the time as players when we need them to sort out issues, give comps and rewards, etc...

Key characteristic no joke in a great online casino is their ability to provide good high quality customer support and service. It would seem as though there are many online casinos that don't but those that do will ultimately prevail in the long run as leaders.

Even 24/7 customer support or so called stated 24/7 support that's offered by online casinos isn't all that what it's chalked up to be. I beleive that you're best to try calling the customer support or writing them even before playing to see how long it takes them before they get back to you.

Playing at online casinos that don't offer 24/7 support is a problem and you're just asking for issues down the line. I beleive that if a casino online doesn't offer 24/7 support that it's a good indication that the they're not serious about giving the same level of service to all their players around the world because online casinos are internationally accessible for the most part. I always look for and will only play at online casinos that do offer 24x7 support!

It's key for online casinos to have 24/7 customer support I know that there's been times when I've wanted to play and had an issue and and needed to talk to them. If I wasn't able to get a hold of them then I probably would have gone somewhere else to play at a casino that did have the support.

I'm not sure how many of you out there have been in a bit of a pickle where you want to play and can't either make a deposit at the casino you've already been playing at for quite some time or alternatively have some other sort of issue that requires the assistance of someone on the side of the casino. Knowing that you can get a hold of the casino whenever you're playing is a great thing and really let's you play with peace of mind. I only play at casinos that currently offer 24/7 support and also prefer playing at those that offer live chat and phone support as I find it much easier to get in touch with them via these means then other options sometimes offered by online casinos.
