There's no doubt that the online gambling industry is in fact one of the most lucrative out there with quite a lot in way of big investors going in to take back a piece of the action. The fact that the large gaming conglomerates aren't able at this point to capitalize on the industry is going to change at some point relatively soon.

The recent move by the government in British Columbia Canada is a great sign of governments in first world nations finally starting to take advantage of the online gambling industry in order to capitalize on it. The beauty of it being a provincially run casino operation as opposed to one that's been given over to private enterprise is really in that the money generated though the casino goes back into the government to provide aid for social programs, etc... If there's one thing that can with definity be said about Canada and their gaming laws (in addition to a wealth of other things) they're really doing it right and doing it for the people which is something that really can't be said about the US unfortunately as far as I'm concerned. I think that we'll likely see Ontario who also has a large gaming commission do something like what British Columbia has done relatively soon as well. I beleive that they'll do as good if not better of a job as they have a much bigger population in Ontario which could potentially lead to a lot more $$$.

It's great and all but it's hard to say for sure what's happening to the British Columbia online casino in Canada. I do beleive that there was some real privacy issue as they're claiming there was and that they're working to try to resolve it. I don't think that it's anything to do with outside forces trying to prevent the government in British Columbia from moving forward with their online gambling site.

I think that this is a really good sign of what's to come without a doubt. There will be more and more governments that realize that they can capitalize on this industry and do just that. It's just a matter of time in my opinion before other governments start following what the British Columbia government has done.

There's no doubt that it's inevitable and that this is where things are going to head either way but it's really just a matter of time before we see a full adoption by all major governments that they can't beat online gambling operations so they might as well join them.

The new environment of online casino gambling is really in a high ranking in our industry today, due to its loyal online players other reputably software provider always updating their product for the demands or satisfaction of their dearest clients and players.

Word has it from what I've heard that the Ontario government has made a statement recently that they are in fact going to proceed with licensing and operating their own online casino and internet gambling operations. This is really great for Canada and I beleive that these provinces will ultimately benefit from the revenues that they'll get from online gambling.

I live in Ontario and it is about time that they get an online casino operational.

Of course we have real casinos and lotteries so it is about time we could have online casinos!

Ontario is a great province I'm really excited about this and think that this will definitely pave the way for other countries and governments within them to smarten up and to start doing things right.
