Newbie to Craps and had a question or two about craps at casinos in Atlantic City (not online Craps gambling).

I know that the tables have table maximums--like $500, for example.

My question is: are there maximums a player can bet on the Pass Line or the Come Line? A few of the online games, I have noticed, only allow a $100 bet (max.) on the Pass or Come line.
Some online games, though, don't have this rule.

What about the tables at Atlantic City? Do they have such rules or are there just table maximums?

I think that what you'll find is that there will be limits when betting Pass or Come but it will vary from casino to casino in accordance with the maximum limit of the table. If the max table limit is $500 then the pass line or come line bets could have a limit of say $100 but if the max table limit is $10,000 on a high roller table I would say that this bet can be much higher in excess of several $1000. I'm not a craps expert so really can't tell you for sure.

Yeah I agree with Phizzle on this... I think that it makes sense what he's saying.

Also you might want to just give the casino a call if you're looking for a casino that offers craps with a certain maximum limit on the bets you're talking about.

I think that liakenzo has a good idea there you might just want to contact the casino you plan on staying at or visiting to find the exact details in the event that you'd change where you'd want to stay or visit based on the limits on these particular bets on craps if it means a lot to you
