Post The Gaming Club - Complaint
I contacted support inquiring if my account was active. Was told it was closed and would be re-opened. After downloading the software I went onto to deposit $50.00. My visa card was rejected so I contacted support again. Support advised I try again to no avail. During this conversation the support person did NOT mention I had self excluded myself. Ok for the 3rd attempt at trying to deposit I used a different visa which also was rejected. Contacted support again for the 3rd time. This is the 3 person I had spoken to and not one of them mentioned I had self excluded myself. It seemed a tad odd that two different visa cards from two different banks had been rejected. I then deposited the $50.00 via Poli which was successful. I lost this $50.00 and deposited another $170.00 using poli again. During my gaming on Silver Fang (waggering $5.00) I got a free spin which took my balance to just over $300.00. Soon after I got another free spin. It was during this free spin that I was kicked out of the casino and the account locked. My balance was now over $800.00 and I still had 3 or 4 free spins to play. I contacted support demanding what the problem was. It was at this point I was told that I had self excluded myself from the casino. I questioned why the casino allowed me to make two (2) deposits and allowed me to play for more than 2 hours before locking the account. Response 'we're very sorry about this blah blah blah. I then requested my deposits be refunded back into my account and was told this would be processed at a later stage. Repeatedly I asked for a time frame, as to when I will see my deposits. The support person repeatedly apologized for any inconvenience and I will be contacted when the deposits have been reversed. This incident happened nearly 48hours ago.
Seriously you gotta ask yourself why the casino allowed me to make 2 deposits and let me play for over 2 hours? If I had lost the $170.00 would they have blocked my account? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
Also WHEN WILL I SEE MY DEPOSITS?
