Post Go Casiino
I am an American player, and have been playing at Go Casino along time, and for the past year I have had no problems with them. However, I requested a few withdrawals in the last month, and I recieved both checks. The smallest check cleared, but the larger check bounced, which caused my bank account to be overdrawn. The casino did honor the bounced check and the retuned check fee. However, they refused to pay my bank account overdraft fees, which totalled $120.00. Security advised it was not there fault. I also played on 05/04/12, and won $400.00. I requested a withdrawal, again, and when I logged into my account the next night, the funds had been removed, but it has been almost four days and it's like the casino never existed. I've had no e-mails from my account manager, the cashier, security???. I have e-mailed everybody. Beware American players. I think they might be in trouble. I realize they no longer accept American players, but I was really disappointed that they pretty much screwed me...BEWARE111111

That is not acceptable, they should have paid all of your overdraft fees. I don't know how much your deposits totalled, but if they were equal to the $120.00 in overdraft fees, I would contact the casino and advise they either pay you the $120.00 you were charged due to their check bouncing or you will have no choice but to dispute $120.00 of deposit transactions they made to your account. Technically, if you were a business, you could charge them the $120.00 plus a service fee. I have always been reimbursed for overdraft fees for a online casinos check bouncing.
