If you want to claim a bonus that an online casino you're thinking about is offering and you start playing and then find that you've forgotten to enter the bonus code for the particular bonus that you want to take advantage of what do you do?

I'm currently in this position where I deposited and started playing and I'm not quite sure what to do as I don't see anywhere that I can enter the bonus claim code any more. It was in the cashier section the "promo" code area but now it's nowhere to be found unless I go back to the cashier and make another bonus. Before I do go about making another deposit or any further cash injections into the online casino that I play at I'd like to claim the first bonus.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be of huge value to me as I'd really like to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

I always recommend to people to as much as possible play at online casinos where you don't have to enter any bonus codes but unfortunately for myself personally as a US player I find that it's very difficult to find any of the US accepting online casinos to do automated bonuses. It could simply be a matter of them not having the ability because they may not support such features in their software. Bottom line though it's a much better system when you get bonuses automatically.

As for your situation I would say that your best bet would be to contact the online casino that you're playing at and to ask them to manually comp you the bonus. They should be able to do so without any hesitation or issue. If they're not willing to do this and if you've already played though some or all of your money you might just want to go an play elsewhere. Hope that helps Patricia

Contact the casino though live support if they got it and see what they can do for you. They should be more then happy to help you out in most cases. If you find that you don't get resolve that you're satisfied with do as Patricia mentioned and go play somewhere else!

A lot of online casinos out there won't really hook you up if you've already started playing with the deposit you've made but it's certainly worth a shot!

So I contacted the online casino and they were more then happy to provide me with the bonus even after I deposited. They mentioned that they don't normally do this so you guys were all really right in the end in that it's not conventional for them to do this sort of thing but they still will from time to time. I suppose it's better for them to do it for newbie players who don't really know exactly what they're doing.

Yeah I've found that dealing with these kinds of issues do arise when it comes to claiming bonuses that require that you first enter a bonus code. It's really kind of annoying. I'm definitely a much bigger fan of bonuses where you get the money automatically.

i guess the bonus codes cant be taken off because they are the only indicator of where you got the bonus. maybe someone else has a better idea how to monitor?

No I beleive that they have other ways of tracking this sort of information actually and that the codes are a far more primitive way of dealing with it. I think that there should be default bonuses that are given to players based on them just signing up and depositing that can be over written by a bonus code if there's a different bonus that they'd like to ideally take advantage of.
