Poor online casino Virgin it's not the best casino option

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Crap software, service and the whole nine...
As far as online casinos are concerned I find that the bigger the brand is and the more of a reputable online casino you think you're playing at the worse off you really are. Take for example a casino like Virgin casino one in which you'd expect to offer top notch customer support, a good product offering, fantastic bonuses and promotions... it's quite the opposite and I have to say that I don't think that Virgin casino is worth the time it takes to sign up and play with them. Firstly the software sucks Wager Works software is terrible in comparison to other software packages that are available out there, the bonus offer isn't nearly as good as what you'll find at some of the competeing UK or Euro online casinos out there and most of all their customer support is garbage. All in all my experience with them that I've had has totally turned me off from ever wanting to even consider playing at their casino ever again. I think that I'm going to stick to playing at Playtech and Microgaming online casinos from now on. At least with them I know that the software is good and that they have some smaller operators and casino runners that they're not too corporate so I'll get a good service. In fact I've been playing at Play United and Omni casino lately and have had really good experiences with both of these Playtech casinos. Also I've been having a run of really good luck so I suppose given them a shout out is probably well worth it... Once again avoid playing at Virgin casino if you can!
