Game Rules

If the player wagers on the game being a tie he wins only if the game is a tie. He loses if either the Banker or Player wins.

If the player wagers on the Player, then he wins if the Player wins and loses if the Banker wins. If the Banker and the Player tie then the player’s wager is returned to him.

If the player wagers on the Banker, then he wins if the Banker wins and loses if the Player wins. If the Banker and the Player tie then the player’s wager is returned to him.

Payout Schedule

The tie bet pays out at 8 to 1. Usually the payout for a tie bet is 9 to 1. Hence Vegas Technology Baccarat loses out significantly on this score. Even with a 9 to 1 payout the tie bet has a very high house edge and is a bad bet. The Player bet pays out at 1 to 1. The Banker bet also pays out at 1 to 1. But in the case of the Banker bet winning the casino charges a commission of 5%.
