Ruby Royal online casino takes forever to play their players!

Pros: Games are good
Cons: Withdrawals are almost impossible

The people who work for Ruby Royal Casino have consistently lied to me about my request for a withdrawal from their casino. It is rare enough to actually WIN at an online casino but to win and not get paid for your winnings is devastating. I requested a withdrawal from Ruby Royal Casino in December of 2009. After much haggling with them on their reuests for documents they finally accepted and completed my withdrawal on January 6, 2010. Today is March 3, 2010 and as of this date I have not received my withdrawal checks. Their excuses have ranged from "it takes 3-4 weeks for the checks to arrive" to "we have been experiencing problems with the company that issues the checks". All lies! I just want MY MONEY and I will forget that they exist.

I don't know too much about them but I have heard from other people on various message boards that Ruby Royal was actually a really good online casino. I never heard complaints about them not paying out players.

I too haven't really heard all that great things about their casino but I suppose that if they're encountering issues that's one thing but still they should make players aware of why. I heard for example that Rival Gaming lost their MasterCard processing all together so from a payment / deposit standpoint this is really bad!

I would have to say that the reasons for this are primarily associated with the issues that are currently transpiring with respect to the laws related to online gambling in the United States if that's where you're from. Things don't happen over night any more in the online gambling industry and we as players need to be patient and supportive of that otherwise the entire thing will crumble and we'll have no where to play. Personally I'd rather wait a bit longer and be able to continue playing online then to not be able to play any more online whatsoever.
