Royal Gaming is an online casino affiliate run by independent and experienced professionals. They test and review online casinos for a variety of parameters and recommend only the very best to their viewers. They also provide news on the online gaming industry and advice on online gambling. Through a select few online casinos favored by them, Royal Gaming has announced the launch of its "Play, Win & Change a Life" promotion.

"Play, Win & Change a Life" promotion, as its name suggests, is a social initiative meant to benefit needy children through increased online gaming activity. For every new player that wagers real money at one of the online casinos nominated by Royal Gaming over the next three months, Royal Gaming will donate $25 to SOS Children's Villages. SOS Children's Villages is the world's largest orphan charity. It supports children who have been abandoned by their parents or have been orphaned because of AIDS, war, poverty, illness or natural disasters. SOS Children's Villages has created custom built villages in 123 countries where over 70,000 children have found a new home.

The online casinos participating in this social endeavor are Spin Palace, Roxy Palace, EuroGrand, Jackpot City Bingo and Party Bingo. Online players, who do not have an account with the casino and want to assist this venture, should sign up at the casino through the Royal Gaming web site. They have then to make a deposit at the online casino and place real money wagers using that deposit. This scheme has started on the 15th of September and will run till the 15th of December 2008. For every player who signs up through Royal Gaming as indicated above, Royal Gaming will set aside $25 and make a lump sum contribution to SOS Children's Villages after December 15. This contribution will be verified by SOS Children's Villages.

Daniel Stratton, Head of Marketing, said while announcing the promotion that Royal Gaming has been aware of the difficulties faced by orphaned and abandoned and for quite some time has wanted to make a contribution to their welfare. The funds donated to SOS Children's Villages will go to the SOS Community Development & Family Strengthening Program in Mamelodi in South Africa. There the funds will be utilized for providing training, education, counseling, micro-loans and improved nutrition to extremely deprived families. This is the first such program run by an online casino affiliate and one of the few run by the online gaming industry. Stratton is sure that this will set a trend in the future. He said, "We're sure that this will be the first of many promotions aimed at empowering the less fortunate featured at Royal Gaming, after all, it is a great way for people to make a significant difference while enjoying their favorite pastime. With the vast amount of wealth generated by the casino industry, Royal gaming just feels that is about time we give something back."
