PartyGaming Ties Up with WagerWorks

It seems like PartyGaming is on a sign up spree. Its deal with Cryptologic for use of Cryptologic games at PartyCasino is still news, when a similar deal with WagerWorks, the subsidiary of International Game Technology, has been announced.

This new deal is also a five-year licensing agreement for some of the best branded slots that WagerWorks has developed. These include Cleopatra, Monopoly with Pass "Go" Bonus, Cluedo and Wheel of Fortune Hollywood Edition. These online slits games will soon be offered at PartyCasino, PartyBingo and other PartyGaming sites.

Monopoly and Cluedo are online slots based on the most popular board games ever and this is their big attraction. Monopoly is a 5-reel, 9-payline slots. The bet sizes are on the lower side and therefore Monopoly finds favor with low rollers. The symbols on the reels include Monopoly property cards and other Monopoly icons. The slots game does not have a progressive jackpot, but two bonus games make up for its absence. The community chest bonus game is triggered by three community chest symbols on the last three reels and it activates the multipliers. The "Pass Go" is the bonus game on the second screen, which is mini Monopoly board. The players roll the dice to see what they win. Cluedo is a 5-reel, 15-payline online slots game. In the board game the players have to solve a murder mystery. The slots game is made alive with symbols of the murder suspects and possible murder weapons. Cluedo has a fixed jackpot of 75,000 coins. The "Who Won It" bonus round never fails to thrill the die-hard Cluedo fans. It is triggered by matching 3 Cluedo symbols on any reels. In the bonus round, the players have to choose a suspect, a weapon and a room (the murder site) to determine the bonus amount.

For Paul Mathews, President of WagerWorks, This deal was a vindication of the popularity of their slots games and a recognition of their worth. Jim Ryan, the Chief Executive Officer of PartyGaming confirmed this, and added that the inclusion of the WagerWorks games is a part of the online casino's strategy to make the best online themed slots available to its players. He said, "The games will compliment our other market-leading branded slots, such as The Godfather, Saturday Night Fever, Top Gun, Mission: Impossible and The Terminator." The six online slots game selected in the Cryptologic deal are The Fantastic Four, Hulk, and Spider-Man from the branded Marvel Comics series, and Bejeweled, Cubis and Street Fighter. In 2009 PartyGaming is set to go places.
