The Neteller web site now has a tab added to the eWallet that gives the online casino player and other Neteller users access to all support channels right from the account. The first call for players should be Online Help. This leads to the extensive list of FAQs and is the quickest way to get the needed answers. Neteller has put up tutorials on how to use the FAQs on YouTube. If more information is required Neteller users are advised contact customer support through e-mail. The email should be sent through the online web form. Neteller has also provided a telephone number. Long distance charges would apply and also ID verification would have to be gone through. Hence Neteller does not recommend this option unless there is an emergency. A separate phone number has been provided within the tab for reporting lost cards. Neteller is on many social networking platforms. Links to these have also been provided in the tab. The platforms provide useful information and some like Facebook allow interaction with other Neteller users as well.

The new Netter web site puts all the relevant account information in one spot, which is the account summary tab. It is located in the left-hand menu as soon as the online casino player signs in to his Neteller account.
