Microgaming is a software provider known for the regular addition of new games to its portfolio. However, not as publicized are the round the clock online slots and blackjack tournaments hosted at its casinos. From time to time Microgaming adds to these tournaments as well. Recently it added the large prize pool Midweek Moolah, Weekend Whopper and Monthly Monster events, which have proved to be extremely popular. This time Microgaming has moved in the opposite direction, with online slots tournaments offering small prize pools. The attraction is that they are freerolls.

The first new online slot tournament is titled Good Times and it is currently being played on the slot game Mad Hatters. The prize pool is $100, which will be shared by the top five players as follows: $40, $25, $15, $12 and $8. A maximum of 500 players will be allowed to participate in each event of Good Times. The overall tournament runs for five hours with each player getting wagering time of five minutes to start with. The starting stack is of 25,000 coins and the maximum bet is 300 coins. Good Times is a one round tournament but offers the characteristic Microgaming Continue Play options and Rebuys. There are a total of five Continue Play options, with each offering additional three minutes of playing time and 15,000 coins and costing $2. There are a total of ten Rebuys, with each offering additional five minutes of playing time and 25,000 coins and costing $3.

The next new Microgaming online slot tournament is Midnight Challenge and is very similarly structured as Good Times. The differences are as follows. It is being played on the online slot game Avalon. Midnight Challenge is slightly less aggressive. The starting stack is of 12,500 coins and the maximum bet is 200 coins. The coins offered in each Continue Play option and Rebuy is appropriately reduced. Each Continue Play option offers 7,500 coins and each Rebuy offers 12,500 coins.

The final new Microgaming online slot tournament is Easy Money. It is the most popular allowing up to 2,000 players. The reason is that the $100 prize pool runs deeper with 10 players sharing it. The top winner gets $30 and the player in the tenth place gets $2. Easy Money is also a single round slots tournament and is being played on the branded game Hitman. The overall tournament runs for five hours with each player getting wagering time of five minutes to start with. The starting stack is of 18,000 coins and the maximum bet is 300 coins. There are no Rebuys but players can avail of 50 Continue Play options. Each Continue Play option offers additional three minutes of playing time and 7,500 coins and costs $2.

All these new slots tournaments can be played at Microgaming online casinos like The Gaming Club, Spin Palace, Platinum Play and Jackpot City.
