My Dislike Towards Microgaming Online Casino Keno

I have been playing Microgaming Keno exclusively for about 12 years on many sites. The most I have ever won in that time was $300. No one can tell me that they don't have programmers who program this game to win. It is listed under "unique" games in the games listing along with Scratch Card. I believe very strongly that it is unique because it isn't random like the other games,and programmed so it is basically an impossibility to win anything big. I have seen one $10,000 winner in 14 years on Jackpot City.
About 8 years ago I asked a Customer Service person at King Solomon's Microgaming Casino what the chances were for hitting the $10,000. He flat out told me, impossible. He didn't care, because they were leaving the Microgamming software and going to a different kind, which they did. I thank this person for their honesty whoever they were.
Some years back I contacted ECOGRA who handle disputes between players and the casinos. I don't know if they still do this or not. I was tired of not seeing any winners on this game, or ever hitting anything over $300 myself. The man who's name was Tex informed me that Microgaming was the best software on the internet. His praise was mildly noteworthy, as I agree that it is a great software program. He didn't address my concern over Keno never paying out anything good. I didn't really care at this point that the games were pretty and had spiffy sounds to accompany them. I wanted to know why Keno never paid off. He gave the best performance of skirting the issue that I have ever encountered. After 3 weeks of bantering back and forth with this man, I gave up.
My advice to anyone who loves this game, stay away from Microgaming Keno!! Play the other games, which do pay out from my own experiance, and can pay out good. Also, stay away from The Riverbelle. They have only one game that is paying off big, and basically to the same person. They have all of those games like all Microgaming sites, and only one is paying off big? GET REAL!!
