Casino Rewards to Manage Playshare Group

Casino Rewards is the largest online casino group, operating a number of Microgaming brands under the Rewards Affiliates program. The online casinos of another Microgaming group, Playshare, are expected to merge with the Rewards Affiliates program soon.

An announcement to this effect was made by a manager of Rewards Affiliates. The announcement said, "Casino Rewards/Rewards Affiliates is proud to announce that the Playshare group (Casino Share, Quatro Casino, Player's Palace and Grand Mondial) will be joining the Casino Rewards network. Over the next week we will be starting the integration of the systems on the affiliate side. All existing players will be transferred over to the Rewards Affiliates system and you will continue to get paid for all players you have sent to Playshare Partners in the past."

The announcement added that Casino Rewards was acting to complete the transition as quickly and as smoothly as possible. They have increased the call centre shifts around to clock and have confirmed that all player balances will be transferred. Casino Rewards will individually contact affiliates by e-mail and give instructions for changing of their linking codes. Thereafter Casino Rewards will allow a grace period during which both old Playshare linking codes and the new Rewards Affiliates linking codes will work.

The announcement has been put up the message boards of all the major affiliate associations so as to give it the widest coverage. These include Casinomeister, Affiliate Guard Dog and Gambling Portal Webmasters Association. There has been plenty of reaction from existing Playshare members and not all of it favorable. One member said, "Well this is definitely a shocker! I've always been very happy with Playshare Partners and will miss Lawrence a lot, but if they're going to be taken over by anyone, I can't think of a better program that I'd trust more than Rewards Affiliates."

However, Casino Rewards has assured that all Playshare members will be well looked after and will benefit immediately from regular promotions and giveaways. The announcement said that Casino Rewards has become synonymous for its generous weekly promotions and enormous free money giveaways.
