Cons: They had some issues between 2008 - 2009 but those are resolved now.
Bodog as a brand has been though a lot in the last two years it's experienced some significant hurdles which luckily for them they managed to navigate and come out on top. Issues surrounding it's ownership via Calvin Ayre who is a wanted man in the United States I beleive even to this day in addition to the expropriation of their domain name, seizure of bank accounts, etc... has left them in a state of disarray in terms of players perspective I would have to say. In my eyes however I think that Bodog remains a key competitor in the gaming market and has a lot to offer players who are both new and the more savvy type. Their software is powered by RTG but they purchased the source code to their software or so I've read at least which has allowed them to make tweaks and changes to the software as necessary to improve the quality of the casino code and ultimately lead to a significant improvement to the overall online casino expereince.
I find that for companies like Bodog who are essentially pioneers in the industry they really always land feet first even when issues do arise. I know that they were struggling with payment processing as well for quite some time but I think that's been alleviated as I'm able to deposit using my credit card with them without any problem now each time I want to play with them.
Moreover to all this it's worth noting that Bodog is also a one stop shop so whether you want to play casino games, bet on sports or play poker you can do it all at bodog. You'll have to of course download the software for each of the gaming services they offer but it's no big thing really.
